A destination name is only the beginning.
A shopping center, station or office campus can have multiple lots and entrances. Identify the actual parking area, level and nearest visible marker. A store name is useful only when paired with the correct vehicle entrance.
Describe the car and access.
Include the vehicle’s color and model, and explain whether it is in an open lot, garage or restricted area. Mention gates, height restrictions or permits if relevant. Arrange for an authorized person to meet at the vehicle.
Keep the first message concise.
A useful request includes the vehicle, the problem, the location and a callback number. Keep identity documents and detailed personal records out of the initial email. Provide required verification through an agreed process when service is confirmed.
